Reading this novel made me realize I am not that interested in Chinese mother-daughter
relationships. I didn't enjoy this book as much as others might have, but that does not mean I didn't learn anything
from reading The Joy Luck Club.
The reason I got this book is because it was the only one left at the library that was
on the summer reading list, I checked it out before I read the description. I ended up reading this book, and wasn't
extremely intriguedby what I read.
I would only recomend this book to girls or women, because with my expereiences, men wouldn't
enjoy this book as the opposite sex.
I confirmed all races on this earth have the same problems with relationships and dealing
with life struggles.
